- Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- $4 spa fee is charged per client.
- 48 hour notice required for all massage appointment cancellations or a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged.
- A current signed waiver (within 12 months) is required for all massage services and float.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
- All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable. Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All children under 18 are considered minors and must have a parent/guardian signature on their intake form.
- All children under the age of 12 must have a parent present during their session.
